Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
